Iced Caramel Macchiato. Sweet. Creamy. And it's perfectly chilled. For a delightfully refreshing start to your day, combine rich espresso, milk, and vanilla syrup, then top with caramel.

  • 2 shots of Espresso
  • 3/4 cups 2% milk
  • ice (enough to fill glass)
  • 1 ounce vanilla syrup
  • Caramel sauce
  1. In a glass, pour the vanilla syrup.
    Pour in 2 percent cold milk.
    Fill the glass with ice to a 1/2 inches below the rim.
    Add the espresso shots.
    Espresso should be made with an espresso machine. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can make espresso-like coffee with a stovetop Moka pot. Read our stovetop Moka pot guide for more information.
    Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
